71 The Strand

The project comprises a 10-storey apartment building delivering high-end residential dwellings above a ground-level hospitality venue, with basement parking for approximately 38 vehicles and associated resident amenities. BCG is collaborating with CA Architects to advance the project through the Development Application phase. The structural approach responds to the coastal exposure, view corridors and activation of the Strand frontage while integrating the basement parking, hospitality offering and residential layouts into an efficient and buildable structural system.
