Project overview
The project comprises a multi-residential building designed to provide high-quality, practical and cost-effective housing with associated parking, access and resident amenity areas. BCG is collaborating with the wider design team through concept design, design development and detailed documentation. The structural approach establishes efficient load paths, minimises unnecessary transfers and creates a repetitive, buildable system suited to the residential layout, with early attention to material quantities, constructability and value engineering.
