Project overview

The project is being delivered in partnership with Opal Aged Care, Jackson Teece and Balmain & Co. BCG was engaged after identifying structural value-management opportunities that improved the project’s commercial viability and gave the team confidence in the proposed approach. The resulting design maintains the facility’s aged-care performance requirements while delivering a more efficient and buildable structural outcome.
