A purpose-designed specialist education facility for deaf and hard-of-hearing students at 37 St Osyth Street, Toowong.
Project overview
The project provides dedicated classrooms, specialist learning areas, administration spaces and outdoor learning environments, with enhanced acoustic performance and highly accessible teaching spaces central to the brief. BCG is working with ICM Builders and Fulton Trotter Architects to deliver an efficient and buildable structural system that supports the architectural intent. BCG was engaged following early contractor involvement and identification of structural efficiencies that improved buildability and cost outcomes.
